Napoli's Pizza - Mineral Wells

The first time we ordered the mushrooms smelled foul. The 2nd time we ordered we were told “we will bring it to you when we can” where is the 0 star option?

Man I spoke to when I called back to check status of my order was EXTREMELY Rude, said they have the same problem they're having all over the US Nobody wants to work . I understand that some working are Jerks! Not impressed. They promised fresh vegetables, but the mushrooms were canned. When they say "mixed greens," it really means only romaine lettuce. Also, if you don't have an account or are just passing through, be prepared to pay when you place your order over the phone. The pizza wasn't terrible, but it wasn't anything special either. I hope the locals have better choices. We ate, and that’s about it.

I went in to pick up the pizza I had ordered and paid for over the phone. There were customers ahead of me placing their orders, and once the cashier finished with them, she walked away without acknowledging me. I stood at the counter for over five minutes before she returned to assist me. She didn't even ask if I was there to pick up an order or needed to place a new one; she just glanced at me standing behind the others and left. This is the first time I've been disappointed with my experience here.
