Jw Marriott The Rosseau Muskoka Teca

The view was phenomenal. The table wasn’t clean. There were crumbs all over the bench seating and the tables. We checked each booth we wanted to sit at and none of the seats were clean. Some were even stained dirty. The lovely, tall windows overlooking the lake were clean, however, the cobwebs had no business in a five-star resort!

Breakfast buffet was awesome! O’Connor made great omelettes with great suggestions on trails activities!

The festive dinner was good but basic. Found it lacked certain festive trimmings such as scallop potatoes or mashed, ham, etc...

Service can be slow especially when it's raining outside.

Maddie and Naveen are so friendly, kind and helpful. The Marriott is so lucky to have them! See you soon! Cheers...D &B!
