Caffrey's Deli Subs - Minneapolis

I ordered the #14 loaded Philly and, to be honest, it was far from loaded. The ratio of bread to meat was poorly balanced, and the flavor was quite bland. I realize that "loaded" refers to the ingredients rather than the quantity of meat in the sandwich, but it still didn't meet my expectations. I won't be ordering from here again.

Ordered 2 sandwiches and told my partner that these better be the best sandwiches in the world because the total came out to $30 with zero add-ons. The cherry pepper relish was incredible, the PC was quite possibly the best sandwich I've had in my life.20/10 would spend $30 again.

I've been wanting to try this restaurant for a while, especially since it's next to one of my favorite arcades where I was planning to have dinner after a game session. However, after this experience, I won't be spending any money here. I'll always remember how I felt after this encounter whenever I see this place. As a manager at a sub shop, I can confidently say that I would have written him up if he were on my staff, and that's not a decision I make lightly. It was a humiliating and upsetting experience. The man was a white guy with short dark hair. I usually don't take the time to write reviews, but this situation really affected me.

Disappointing lunch experience. The owner or manager informed my husband that he had canceled our Uber Eats order, but then tried to reverse that when his driver couldn’t take it. In the end, my husband just drove over to get our food, which was supposed to be delivered. We ordered a 14” loaded Philly cheesesteak and some wild rice soup. Unfortunately, the cheesesteak was mostly mushrooms and bread. It had the potential to be a great sandwich, but there was hardly any meat or cheese in it. The soup was just okay.

This place is great, wonderful portions and well balanced sandwiches. They have a great selection of sodas and chips. I highly recommend. We got the Ruben and the Hot Shot Italian.
