Caribou Coffee - Minneapolis

Today was the third time I've ordered a bagel without toasting, yet I still received it toasted. Why ask for my preference if you're not going to honor it? Now I have to wait for the hot bagel to cool down to avoid the cream cheese melting everywhere. By the time it’s at a normal temperature, the texture is all wrong. Please just follow the orders!

I love coming here. I like to decompress on my work breaks at this Caribou, and it's a great spot to just relax for a bit. Every staff member has been kind and personable. Everything I've ordered has been prepared quickly and have never had any issues. Ifyou come in and no-one is at the register right away, just remember to be patient. These folks are working hard to still keepopen with having highly cut down business hours.

This Caribou location is pretty standard, but there’s a noticeable issue with the image of the log near the door. It’s rotated 90 degrees clockwise and should be vertical rather than horizontal. Additionally, there’s a log marked with “200” that appears to be lying sideways, and the snow on the logs is positioned around the 4 o'clock mark.

The staff is quick, enjoyable, and very friendly, radiating holiday spirit! The coffee is also excellent—5/5!
