Caribou Coffee - Minneapolis

Don't know how the coffee is. Couldn't get anyone to help me. Guy was too busy texting and on the computer to even notice I was at the place.

If i had a choice this store would get a -5 for the service i got today around 11am i was in line waiting to order but the emplyee an older man was serving a lady then it was suposed to my turn to order the 2 drinks i wanted. But that didnt happen another man came up from my left and started asking about coffee which i was fine with until i relized i just got overlooked by 2 old white guys. Is because im a pacific islander with a mowhawk........ I think so

Oily and donut taste coffee. First time having a coffee with this weird taste. Couldn't drink it. Very disappointing. The most impressing was what I found at the bottom.

I have visited this Caribou twice and have been extremely annoyed after I have left both times. Both employees in my two separate visits have been rude, slow, and seemed to care very little about their job. They both gave me minimal whipped cream which was obnoxious as I am a whipped fanatic. I think that if you want good service you should just go to the Caribou across the street by Cub, that one is a million times better.

I thought this would be a quick coffee run since there was no line, but I walked up to the counter expecting the barista to acknowledge me... and he didn't! Instead, he spent the next five minutes playing a game on his phone with his back to me, so I could see his screen. After what felt like forever, he finally looked up, set his phone down, and sauntered over to take my order in an annoyingly slow manner. He was far from friendly and seemed irritated that I had interrupted him. He didn't ask anything; I simply told him my drink choice, and that was the extent of our interaction. There was no courtesy whatsoever, not even a question about my membership. It was just plain rude! I have no problem driving to another coffee shop because I will definitely not be returning here!
