I usually order online for pickup since it's conveniently located near my office. The lines can get pretty long, which just shows how great the salads are. The portions are generous, and the balsamic vinegar is fantastic. Food: 5/5.

The most substantial salad you'll find in the Twin Cities! This place is consistently bustling during lunchtime in the skyways, and for good reason! In my opinion, it surpasses Crisp and Green by far. The lettuce is finely chopped, and they include around 100 different ingredients in each salad, making every bite a delightful experience. The staff will mix it for you, ensuring that everything is evenly coated with their delicious dressing. The interior is modern and always kept clean.

I don't even mind spending $20 on lunch; these salads are absolutely amazing!

Our team at work had been working at home for the last few years, so we had an On-site meeting at headquarters and the ordered Green The Grain and gave us an option from anything on the menu. I ordered the Buffalo chicken salad with Caesar dressing. When I first picked up my plastic bowl of leafy goodness, the first thing I thought was that This is heavy These bowls are full to the brim and it is delicious. It is always good, when you think to yourself, This is so full, I can almost not even mix it, I think I am going to end up shaking it to toss it. A good amount of chicken and the Buffalo sauce had the right amount of medium heat. It had the perfect amount of croutons and fixings, and the Caesar was a splendid complement to the spicy Buffalo sauce. The Caesar was tangy and just awesome. Everyone on the team said their bowls were great. I would totally recommend this place for lunch and I think there are a few around the Twin Cities now. Especially of you have a team meeting, maybe recommend them as an option.

Love this place and have been eating here for years but…If your salads are gonna be pre-made in those small containers you gotta at least toss them–it’s comically difficult to toss and avoiding spilling half the food in those small containers. Just a thought…
