Ideal Diner - Minneapolis

This is one of the best values you can find for classic American breakfast fixings in the city. The staff is efficient and very friendly. My tip would be to show up early. Space is extremely limited, as the venue itself is a tiny shoebox. There is something quite charming about it.

They have the best pancakes I've ever had in my 30 some years! It's small and unique! The wait wasn't too long, and it was worth any amount of wait time! I definitely recommend it!

Hands down, best and biggest steak I ever had!! ? The atmosphere is inviting and upbeat. I ordered the steak and eggs and the steak was juicy, seasoned, and perfectly made. They have a great system as far as seating arrangements. The staff were happy and welcoming to everyone that walked in the door. You can watch the food being made and the cook was very clean and never missed a beat. Hands down best diner I've been too! I'm for sure coming back! 5 stars all around!

I am glad that I found this place on my Minneapolis breakfast search! The food is delicious and the atmosphere is good too! With a reasonable price!

Fun atmosphere and vary welcoming! Food was really good! If your in to old school Minneapolis dining, I’d highly recommend.
