Pryes Brewing Company - Minneapolis

I like that Pryes experiments with a variety of flavors and beer styles. They have a great variety of beers for every palate and they do them well. If you are looking for fruity but not overwhelmingly fruity then their flagship raspberry is for you. Theyalso make good sours. If you prefer dark Pryes does a variety of dark and barrel aged and they are deep and delightful. Pryesalso offers wood fired pizza and it does not disappoint. Pryes has great environment with open places to sit or moreatmospheric more private places. They also have done a good job expanding and offering a lot of options outside even duringwinter.

6/9/22: A great place with a fun atmosphere. Loved the spacious, outdoor seating area. Tables had a QR code to scan to order food/drinks that were brought out to the table. The fried ravioli were quite tasty! Will definitely be back here to meet up withfriends or coworkers. A great place to bring meet for a game night too! 10/27/22: Came back a second time and had one of thebest pizzas of my life! The garlic sausage pizza was delightful and savory! Highly recommend! Your tastebuds will thank you!Also the lime hard seltzer was delicious too!

Spacious brewery with corn hole and pizzas. Came here for a welcome reception and they had an area blocked off for us. It?s a mix of indoor and outdoor space. There are QR codes where you can pay online and then have your food brought out to your table,or you can go up to the bar and provide your table number. They do have non-alcoholic drinks and kombucha. The pizzas arepersonal-sized and cut into four slices; you can easily share with another person still. Credit cards accepted. They haverestrooms available in the back left hand side of the brewery. Attire is casual.

I helped a client plan a happy hour at Pryes that quickly grew beyond our expectations. I contacted Olivia the week of the event to determine the availability of private or semi-private spaces and she worked with me quickly to book a space and organize agreat event--while she was on vacation! The taproom staff the day of the event were super helpful and ensured we had a greatevent.

Wonderful experience. Fair prices, fast tasty food, delicious craft beer! Also as a huge bonus, TONS of FREE parking within a very short walk from the vast outdoor seating area. Order at the table for full service via QR code, or walk up and place yourorder. All in all very nice night out.
