Sovereign Grounds - Minneapolis

This is easily my favorite coffee spot in Minneapolis. The atmosphere is relaxed and cozy. I absolutely love their coffee, but the food is fantastic as well - I recently tried a spinach cake with a fluffy crust that was one of the best things I've eaten lately. They offer a variety of large pastries and delicious salads. Hakan, the owner, is incredibly friendly. I highly recommend checking this place out!

Beautiful caffe in South Minneapolis with a solid selection of drinks and baked goods. many interiors to avoid the weather or to relax after work.

I really enjoy this coffee house. They have a wide variety of coffee and espresso options, and the food is delicious. The owner, Kakan, is a friendly guy who takes pride in his business and works behind the counter. The atmosphere is more European than other coffee houses in Minneapolis. I absolutely love this place.

Far and away, my favorite coffee shop. the coffee is very good, eating is excellent and the service is elite! I drive out of my way to go there for the big coffee, tasty and service!

Absolutely amazing coffee, service, food, and atmosphere. Can't wait to go again!Edit: We are from out of town, and 6 months later on our next trip to the cities the owner still remembered us. Enjoyed again, the best home made pastries, fresh roasted coffee, and sandwiches!
