Wasabi Sushi Fusion - Minneapolis

I had a sushi dinner with my wife, and we had a great experience. The service was excellent, with staff readily available to answer our questions. The menu offered a few dinner options for two, but we opted to customize our own rolls. There was a nice variety of standard rolls as well as many special rolls to choose from. I especially enjoyed the flavorful smoked crab. The atmosphere was enjoyable, and everyone at the Hibachi table seemed to be having a great time. They also had a good drink selection; I tried the Japanese plum wine, but it was a bit too sweet for my liking.

"We've tried sushi in many cities and restaurants, but nothing in the United States compares to this incredible spot. We indulged in so much because the sushi master guided us to each piece of fish. Every selection was fresh, flavorful, expertly sliced, and beautifully presented. We enjoyed uni, toro, eel, salmon, and yellowtail, and wow—everything was fantastic! We definitely plan to eat here again before leaving town. Thank you, everyone; we’ll be lifelong fans!"

Ideal pre-show dinner spot for the Guthrie, as you can conveniently park and then head to the theater. The service was excellent, and the presentation of the sushi was beautiful, all at reasonable prices. The miso soup was just right. The atmosphere was lively, with vaulted ceilings that still retained a Japanese flair. We made last-minute plans for a show at the Guthrie and were fortunate to get a table at 6 PM when other places were fully booked. They also offer Teppanyaki-style dining, which we didn't try, but it looked fun and delicious!

Thank you Wasabi Sushi Fusion for compiling such a beautiful tray for the 16th. My son's birthday (bug and band with kind permission from my sister) when I couldn't be there to take him there instead of eating there. He loves your sushi and was very surprised and happy when his aunt delivered his food. Thank you for taking and as always, the food is excellent!

Great restaurant with a nice chill ambience . We came in on a Sunday and it was not packed at all .. it has great views of the city . Close to the stone arch bridge ; great for a dinner/ lunch stop after some walking in this area . The sushi was GREAT; lots of options and affordable prices . The customer service was good as well .They also have the hibachi menu . I would highly recommend and will be back soon
