I work for Caribou and have been at many different locations, some great and some not so great. While this one isn't the worst I've encountered, I am quite disappointed and dissatisfied with what it has to offer.
My boyfriend and I have different work hours, so he often picks up breakfast for me before heading to his job. Unfortunately, I consistently find that my bagel isn't toasted, and my latte is only a quarter full, lacking whipped cream and caramel drizzle. It's a bit frustrating when I place a specific order, and it doesn't arrive as expected. I really enjoy Einstein's, but the location in Minnetonka has never quite gotten my order right. As someone who works in customer service, I understand that mistakes happen, but this has become a recurring issue. It's disappointing, but I’m still grateful to have breakfast at all.
Fast and friendly service. Food was good and coffee tasted delicious.
I had the worst experience ever at this restaurant. I ordered my favorite drink—a medium iced cold brew with less ice, malt flavor, and no chocolate—along with a chicken biscuit. Unfortunately, my drink was filled to the brim with ice, had no malt flavor, and tasted so bitter that I couldn't drink it. As for the chicken biscuit, it was almost enjoyable, but it came with just half a biscuit on top. To top it all off, although it was wrapped in foil, it was handed to me in an open wax paper bag. Seriously? I feel like I completely wasted my $10. I won't be returning to this place and will be sharing my experience everywhere.
Fast and great service! their team is great and awesome!
