Applebee's Grill - Minot

I ordered carside to go and arrived right on time, but there was one car in front of me, and I ended up waiting 20 minutes for my food. The employee who brought my order wasn’t very friendly and didn’t acknowledge the long wait at all. A simple "thank you for your patience" or "sorry for the delay" would have made a difference. Overall, the service was pretty disappointing. However, the wings I ordered were decent.

I ordered a double burger without pickles, but it came with pickles anyway. The patties are a third of the size they should be, and the meat is completely undercooked. Disappointing experience!

The food was decent, but I found the customer service skills to be lacking. I placed a take-out order, and the staff appeared disinterested in providing me with assistance.

Food is ok but I have been coming in evening for 8 days takes forever to get served a beer at the bar! This is every time in the evenings sometimes there?s no bartenders behind bar other times they continue stocking instead of stopping and serving a beer.It?s simple job empty filler up.

Waiters were very nice and helpful. but the kitchen didn't care about my food. dripping fat from my fingers and eating was half like that. the kitchen needs a manager to check it
