Firehouse Subs South Gate Crossing

The restaurant made mistakes with my order, forgetting the drinks and one sandwich was poorly packaged and spilled in the bag.

The restaurant always provides polite, accurate, and fast service, along with delicious sandwiches.

I placed an order online and when I arrived at the store they had not received the order. The staff had no idea how to rectify the issue so I was forced to reorder my sandwiches. I sent a contact request from the website so we will see if I receive a refund for one of the orders or not. For this I left a 2 star review.Follow up: 11/11/23 The Store contacted me, found the issue and have corrected it. Their quick response and positive attitude have impressed me greatly. It is rare today for anyone, let alone a fast food franchise to to act so quickly to fix an issue. For this I have changed my review to 5 stars.

My added vegetables were missing and the oder was 30 minutes behind. I saw driver leave restuarant to another location before ours. The food was cold.

My favorite sub place in Minot. Great service, good sandwiches!
