Papa Johns Pizza - Minot

Carry out pizza , walk up to counter , I’m the only customer in there with 3 employees. Wait for a minute then ask employee closest to me with his back to me if he could grab my pizza, get a garbled response, wait another minute and wave to the two other employees to see if they could help again no response, I then ask loudly if someone could just grab my pizza so I can be on my way, no response. Decide to just get it myself, which I do and as I’m leaving employee yells that next time don’t come behind counter, I then thanked him for all his help and effort , needless to say won’t be back lots of other choices available

I give them a 1 star cause the Chinese person cant not speak English good enough for u to understand them.

I really dont like doing these but i fell going into the store, the sidewalk has not been shoveled i think ever this year. i mentioned it to the manager and he kinda just laughed at

Delivery wait was 1.5 hours. When the Delivery guy showed up he forgot more than half of our order. Took another 40 minutes to get the rest of the order. Food was cold. And there were many black hairs on several pieces of the pizza. Will be calling corporate.

They added 5.25 onto Bill for delivery. plus want you to tip.
