Big Guy's Pizza - Mint Hill

The pizza was good, greasy but that's how I like it. I also ordered a philly cheese steak sub and was very disappointed, it was mostly all peppers and onions would most definitely never eat another one and would recommend you dont try one if you like a good cheese steak. I also tried to call and let them know and they kept referring to the meat being bundled up on pizza and would not hear me that I was talking about the sub. Meal type: Dinner

Love this pizza! We've lived in Mint Hill for almost 2 years now and sad that it took us this long to find a pizza this good. This is our new go-to pizza. The fact that they have old schools delivery is a mind blower. Service: Delivery Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5

My husband and I just moved up here from NY. We went to a board game store next door but we’re hungry and decided to stop by Saturday night. Man to our surprise we found huge pizza! So worth it too- so floppy and delicious but the crust was perfectly crunchy and not burnt and THIN crust!!! So happy we found a place for pizza. Although we love 1/2 hour away we will travel just for it. The garlic knots on the other hand were very bland along with the sauce it came with. A bit more salt would’ve complimented the flavors of the sauce and bread more. Bummed us out since we had 2 orders of it but the pizza though top tier! Good job

They use spoiled food with seemingly no issue, and one of the owners tried to convince me that the pin needle mold on one of the tomatoes for a salad was not mold. For their clean cut pizzas, I caught an associate rinsing the pizza cutter instead of washing it; and as anyone with allergies or food sensitivities is aware, a clean work space and clean utensils can mean the difference between a trip to the hospital and a good meal.

New to area and trying to find a regular place for pizza. Arrived at 6:30 and place wasn’t busy and many staff were busy cleaning. Ordered a slice and a sub; the pizza was a nice thin crust and had decent taste but was way too greasy, the sub wasn’t worth eating. When I received the order asked for my receipt but they said they couldn’t print one. Of the several places I’ve tried in the Matthews/Mint Hill area thus far, this was my least favorite.
