Marco's Pizza - Mint Hill

Last night, I ordered two pizzas: a small veggie and a medium meat. When the pizza arrived, my friend opened the box for the medium pizza and discovered it was actually veggie. We checked the receipt, which confirmed our order was correct; the small pizza was as expected. My friend called the restaurant to report the mistake, but the staff immediately told him to contact Grubhub for a refund. He explained that he didn't want a refund; he just wanted the correct pizza. It wasn't until he mentioned he would call back to speak with a manager that the staff finally agreed to make the right pizza. My friend used to be a big fan of Marco's Pizza, but not anymore! We're very disappointed with the staff and the service.

The pizza here is absolutely delicious and offered at a great price! With nearly every order, you can get free breadsticks—just remember to complete the surveys! Be sure to ask for the Jalapeno Ranch dipping sauce; it's amazing!

Marcos is consistently climbing the ranks with their pizza! We love pizza but had never tried theirs until now. A big thank you to our 15-year-old for being so persistent! The cheese is delicious, and the pizza arrives piping hot. All the meats are fantastic, and the pepperoni ham is simply amazing. Thanks for a wonderful meal, Marcos!

I would not recommend ordering from here at all. On my first visit, my kids and I waited in the car for 45 minutes, even after being informed it would only take another 15 minutes when we arrived. During my most recent visit, there was only one employee handling phone calls, processing payments, and making pizzas. Grubhub had to cancel our order because the driver couldn't wait, and by the time they arrived, our order hadn't even been started. Overall, very disappointing experience.
