Tim Hortons - Mirabel

The service at this restaurant is good, but unfortunately, the food did not meet expectations. Additionally, the garbage cans were overflowing and had not been changed, with garbage starting to spill out.

The experience was flawless, with courteous and skilled staff.

I recently visited this restaurant drive-through and encountered an elderly woman working at the window who displayed racist behavior. She refused to serve us food and treated us poorly simply because we did not speak French. I believe Tim should hire bilingual staff members for order taking and ensure that all Canadians are treated with respect and without any form of discrimination.

We were expecting to dine but unfortunately it was closed even though on the web it said dine in available.

The fastest reliable Tim Hortons next to the highway towards north. I generally don’t like Tim’s or morning lineups but when I don’t have time in the morning and have to grab something, this it the place to go.
