Blaze Pizza - Mission Viejo

Today, my family and I had lunch at this restaurant and I wanted to share our experience. The pizza was hot and delicious. I grabbed my food from a different spot in the food court and finished eating before my family even sat down because the line was so long and the food took a while to prepare and cook. It seemed like the longest wait for food in the food court. However, I like this restaurant because the food is customizable and suitable for those looking to eat healthier while still having pizza. My wife and kids shared a pizza, which was a nice way to save money and avoid buying two pizzas. We also ordered some cheese bread, which was cheaper than a cheese pizza. The pizza was great for leftovers as well. Although the prices are on the higher side for a single meal, being able to eat it over two meals makes it more affordable. I do wish there were more options for the pizza toppings. Compared to other build-your-own pizza places we've been to, this restaurant has the fewest options. However, we still choose to eat here whenever we are in the mood for pizza.

This restaurant was great for a fast meal. They were very efficient and quick. However, the only staff member who made sure to change gloves and follow health and safety protocols was the girl who was taking orders and wearing a name tag.

The staff at this restaurant closed shop 30 minutes early on a Saturday night at 7:30, even though the posted closing time on Google and at the establishment was 8:00. When I inquired about the closing time, the female employees just giggled and stated that they were closing at 7:30. As I walked away, I overheard them whispering "I told you so" to each other. All the lights were still on and the ingredients were still out and ready to be served. This kind of behavior is a clear example of poor customer service and questionable business practices. Thankfully, I found that both Chipotle and Charley's were still open and willing to welcome my business.

Amazing costumer service... they don?t mind making special accommodations for pizzas! Always cleanly and friendly : Tara always helps me out and gives great recommendations for pie toppings.

I asked when they closed and the girls who only giggled and said 7:30, and when I left, they whispered “I told you” with each other. all the lights are up and the ingredients are still ready to serve. this is just bad customer service and bad business practices. to the happiness were chipotle and charleys open and more than happy to have my business.
