Bonefish Grill - Missouri

So, let me start off by saying the food here is very good. Price for quality is definitely at a good ratio. However, the menu is kinda limited with roughly 1/3rd of it being steaks and burgers, which is a weird choice for a place called bonefish. We arrived on 9—30–22 about 8:30 pm no reservation! We were told we would have a 20 minute wait. We had to ask if we could wait in the bar… reply was “yes but don’t sit at a table and bar is 1st come 1st serve. But don’t sit at the tables!” Stood at the bar close to 5 minutes and were ignored, got two seats at the bar and were ignored, my wife and I got terrible service all night!!!! We had the best waiter ever here, he really earned his keep. I have never had as good a service from waitresses as I have had from waiters, they just do a better job. Sorry, I can't remember his name, but he is a keeper. I'm giving the place 4 stars and it is mainly because of the great service. Came here on a Thursday around 7:30. The restaurant was about 30% full — many tables were empty. I counted about 7 servers yet every time we needed to make an order or get assistance/flag a waiter down — we could not find them. They all disappear and take extra long to get something as simple as a napkin.
