Char Steakhouse And Oyster - Missouri

Beautiful atmosphere and amazing food. Being the sister restaurant to Flame, Char has big shoes to fill and they certainly do. Whether it's a date night or business meeting, Char won't disappoint. My favorite dish is the Chicken Bijan, which is an iconic Springfield dish.

The food was amazing. Didn't care for the Brussels sprouts leaves or whatever that was, but no complaints on anything else.

The service is amazing. Extremely polite and helpful employees from the greeter to the server to even the chef and busboy/girls. I never was without anything from drinks to even removing tableware away to make room for other things. I especially appreciated that it didn’t matter how I was dressed — I was most definitely not in my Sunday’s best — yet I was treated like I was a VIP. Without a doubt the best steak my wife and I have had in Missouri… it was our first time in and the entire evening was great! Thank you and we will be back!
