Chick-fil-a - Missouri

The food was fine. It was what I expected. However, the place is trying to run three drive-thru Lanes. It made the parking lot congested and feel unsafe. Inside there was only one person working the counter. I think that was probably okay for the volume they had inside, except that this person paid attention to anything going on around them except the customer in front of them. I had to give my name three times. I had to interject that I wanted a different side than the fries, and they neglected … – show

Got a 12 piece nugget was ridiculously small it took all I had not to turn around and drive back to Chick-fil-A for complaint so I'm complaining on here it's ridiculous it looks like a kid size very dissatisfied and I've always loved Chick-fil-A thanks but no thanks.

Today when I went through the line they were short staffed, and SLAMMED. There was a mix up and I didn’t get checked in but as always it’s worth the wait. Molly Rae (spelling) and Elly did their absolute best to make me feel taken care of and they were just wonderful!

My family and I recieved a great meal and great service with our visit.

If I'm spending extra on fast food and get partial portions, I'm far less inclined to be a repeat customer. And no, I did not skim any fries off the top on my way home. That said, the hugely long drive-thru line was taken care of very quickly.
