Best Einstein’s in the Lou, the manager really creates such a great atmosphere for the customers and employees. Thank you to all the employees who make it a welcoming and wonderful place for my Saturday coffee and bagel:

If you see the apple cinnamon gourmet bagel, get it! Delicious. We don't come as often as we'd like (need one closer to home) but stop by whenever we're in the area.

Ordered an egg sandwich and a coffee. 20 minutes later I go up to ask for a status and it was just sitting on the table. No one had called my name or anything. Walked the 5 min home and my sandwich was JUST above room temperature.

Great place. Great crew. Fast and friendly service. I’ve been to a few locations and I have to say the shop in Richmond Heights has the best employees. If you haven’t been there I highly recommend you try it.
