Sayachi Sushi - Missouri

Best sushi in KC. Not trying to be trendy — just high quality sushi and service. Ebi Shiso Age appetizer is wonderful and unique — I also love the spicy crab roll even though if it's a just a spicy California Roll!

Sayachi Sushi is my absolute favorite place to get sushi ever! They never cease to impress me and I always leave feeling so much better than I had when I arrived. This past visit, their yaki gyoza was AMAZING! My parents and I were IN LOVE! Their tuna sashimi and yellowtail were just as amazing! On top of it all, their staff are super friendly and love their job. Sayashi Sushi is my absolute favorite sushi place ever! I highly request a visit here! You won’t regret it!

This maybe only Japanese restaurant offering more sort of traditional edomae sushi. Fish is fairly good quality, but shari was not my taste (still reasonably made).

One of my absolute favorite restaurants. Everything on the menu is exceptional. I could actually eat here every day!!

Great spaces and area; robotic server delivering food for fun Squid salad: a bit salty to me, can be helped with more limes. Nigiri is fresh, smaller compared to other places I've been to.
