First off, there wasn't good selections, so I ordered something I could like. I sat down there and tried the smoothie. It was good, but there was some crunchy stuff in the smoothie. I didn't know what it was. The staff is nice and friendly and it might have changed since it is about July 2021.
First time going and maybe it was the drink I ordered but wasn't impressed. The store was cute but I think they're a little over priced. Update: They are still somewhat overpriced but I go on Friday now $5.00 drinks) and I was right I just got a drink I didn't like the first time. Really, really good!!! You won me over, King!!!
I had ordered a Smoothie via mobile app for pick up on Friday. On the way to pick it up, I unfortunately had one of my car tires go flat and I couldn't make it to the store. I called Smoothie King and explained my situation. Smoothie king agreed to write my name down, and remake my order next time I visit. My flat tire was in no way their fault or responsibility. They didn't have to remake my order but they did, and I greatly appreciated it.
I feel bad for giving them a bad review but the service was terrible. One person working and a trainee who stood around doing nothing at all not even washing the pitchers. I have been waiting for about 10 minutes and the trainee still hasn’t done anything. I guess you can’t blame the store but you can blame the person that hired him. Lesson learned. The actual employee moved slow but consistent. So I gave three stars.
