Outstanding hidden little restaurant that's a quaint busy gem! The atmosphere is one of the best in the Liberty area! So impressive! We had “shrimp salads” that were out of this world! I visited Trago last weekend and it was a great experience all around. First off, I am gluten free which always presents challenges eating out. Our server, who was extremely attentive and friendly, told me I could order almost anything on the menu, even the fried foods. They use a separate, dedicated fryer for all items that need to be gluten free. We ordered 3 different plates ti share, all of which were very fresh and delicious. The service and the atmosphere was awesome. It took a while for us to get seated when it was empty. We stood there and it's like we weren't seen. Strange. Once we got our table we had great service and the plates were very good. Except for the Ahi Tuna which I found was tasteless. I will go back multiple times and hopefully they will notice me and not let me wait over 5 minutes waiting to be seated in a restaurant not even half full.

This might be my new favorite place. The service was excellent, and so was the food. The bacon-wrapped dates are amazing! Everything on the menu is creative and the dishes we tried were all really good. The house margarita was terrific as well. All around a great experience. We will be back!

Behind the unremarkable storefront is a fun and delicious dining experience. Of course, tapas is small plates for sharing. Plates start at $8 or $9 each. We tried six plates and our faves were the ceviche, the bacon-wrapped dates, and the ahi tuna. Comprehensive bar, with thorough wine list. Service was great too. Would absolutely recommend.
