Trattoria Toscana - Missouri

I was there for a group luncheon and program in a private room. Food was very good but small portions.

Another great meal at Trattoria Toscana! This is a hidden gem in South St Louis County. The food is excellent and the service is excellent. We had Chicken Spedini and Linguine Tutto Mare. Salads, bread, and side vegetables were flavorful. They have a robust wine list as well as a full bar. The ambience is comfortable and our experience was quite pleasant. We even have leftovers for another meal!

Attentive service and delicious food in a calming atmosphere. The steak tips in pasta were next-level good.

We decided to have dinner here just on a whim. This is a really nice restaurant with top notch service. I ordered the chicken al vino bianco and it was the juiciest chicken I think I have ever had! The vegetable soup was the soup of the day and it was also amazing. The other two dishes we ordered were the veal marsala and the veal alla Parmigiano, both of which were fantastic! The food is fine, nothing to write home about. The price is way too high for the serving size you get. Rather go to Applebee's and pay less for more food.
