Burger King - Mitchell

We had a rather frustrating experience with our food after leaving the restaurant. Unfortunately, we didn't receive our order of the nested chicken nuggets. The issue is that the drive-thru lane is closed, and if you want to retrieve your missing item, you have to go back through the long line again. I opted not to go through the line a second time, even though I wanted to try the nuggets. My advice is to check your order before leaving the drive-thru, or else be prepared to decide whether to wait in line again or knock on the door to get someone's attention. It can feel embarrassing to do that, but the food is good.

Chicken was over cooked burger was sloppy and falling off the one side. No real reason for that not when your the only costumer. But hey it's just what happens. Don't expect much but two meals costing 26 dollars its totally not worth it, go sit down and eat a nice meal where they care about the food and you.

They screw up our order 3/4 times how hard is it to leave off mayo and onions. The impossible whopper is the only vegan friendly item on the menu and they refuse to serve it during breakfast. They always give us a hassle using coupons or deals trying to substitute with an impossible whopper even though it's the only option I can have. And it's not listed as an exclusion on the coupons. There needs to be some training done this is just ridiculous.

Filthy. At 11:00 am, we’re one of two parties in the place but nearly every table is dirty. Bathroom is nasty and smelly. I’m questioning whether I should even eat at this place, but here goes nothing… Updating from two to one star after our food finally arrived 28 minutes after we ordered. Our party of four had 11 total items with sandwiches, fries and drinks. They got 4 items wrong.

I absolutely love all the improvements at the Mitchell Burger King! The restaurant is clean, the staff is friendly, and the food is fresh and creative. There’s hardly any wait for dining in or using the drive-thru! I really appreciate that Burger King offers low-carb options, and their crispy fries are the best, without a doubt. I also love the festive decorations for the holiday season! Keep up the great work, new management at Burger King!
