Contribuisci feedbackWe arrived at 6:40 PM, ordered our drinks and an appetizer, and then placed our main food order right away. An hour later, we still hadn't received our food. Our waitress was very apologetic and did her best, but we understood it wasn't her fault. Unfortunately, it took another 30 minutes for our food to arrive, and by that point, we decided to take it to go due to the long wait. However, when we got home, just 10 minutes down the road, we discovered that our orders were incomplete and I was missing half of my food. I will never eat at this Chili's or any other location again.
This restaurant used to be great, but the food has lost all its flavor and the quality has significantly declined. The broccoli tasted like it was just microwaved straight from a bag. I hope they can turn things around.
Tried again last night and was very disappointed food was horrible and we spent 70 smh. Never going back! 9/11/22 The night started good. Unfortunately I got the wrong order and had it to go from bar. It took forever and we had to keep asking fordrinks, no waters and was disappointed they ordered the wrong food and the steak was ordered medium but was very rare. I wishedthe night and food would have been better. Especially for 70 bucks! Seems like they need to work on customer service. Chickenfajitas were not good.
If I could give 0 stars I would. We walked in and there were only 3 tables being served at the time by 1 waitress. The hostess tells us the wait is 30 minutes. As we are deciding whether to stay, (giving them the benefit that maybe they are understaffedthat day) my brother walks to the restroom and 5 employees are sitting in a booth playing on their phones. That's why the waitwas 30 minutes because I guess they were all on a break at the same time. Get it together!
Secondly, it seems like they’re not cooking much of the food anymore. The waitress mentioned that the food was microwaved, which was evident—we ordered steamed broccoli, but it arrived with black spots on it. We chose not to eat it and sent it back. The waitress attempted to explain that the spots were from overcooking the broccoli, but how could that be if she told us it was microwaved? Then, we ordered the triple dipper appetizer for $17.99, selecting two orders of southwest egg rolls and one order of boneless chicken wings, as the menu suggests you can choose three appetizers. Instead, we were charged for three separate appetizers. When we brought this up to the manager, she said we should have mentioned it when the food arrived. How were we supposed to know how it would be served? She said she would fix it this time, but we won’t be coming back to figure out any more billing issues at this establishment. Overall, we left with a bad taste in our mouths. Save your money, time, and frustration!
