Taco Bell - Mobile

This is easily one of the worst Taco Bell locations I've encountered. They open an hour later than advertised, and become rude when customers call to check if they're open. I heard they set up a truck and that they'd start serving when they were ready, but I ended up waiting outside for 22 minutes and was told it would be at least another 30 minutes before they even started my order. They then suggested I call the 1-800-TACO number for a refund. This will be my last visit here; I’ll be driving a few miles in the opposite direction next time for better service and staff who show up on time.

My recent experience was müll. first the only thing they had to drink was water filled. I didn't make it too hard, but I wasn't happy either. then they made my order wrong. I asked for no salate and tomato from a ground, especially no tomato. I was with both. now I am running aquafina water that I do not drink and tomato that I do not eat.

Extremely unfriendly and won't be back here at this Taco Bell ever. I always try to be fair and positive and this experience was my worst since being here in Mobile.

They have gotten so high and the food not as good for what I paid we could had went to a nice place just sucks

The rudest employees I've ever talked to in my life. My boyfriend and I ordered a big meal to take home with us for my family and our order was wrong. We ended up having an extra soft taco instead of my second chalupa. I kindly went up and told the cashier there may have been a mistake and this nasty rude old woman in the back yelled that she ABSOLUTELY had everything right. Just straight up told me I was lying to her face. I went back to my table, grabbed my taco bell bag, and pulled out everything in front of her and showed her what was wrong. She ended up giving me my second chalupa. still had an attitude. Worst experience ever
