Subway - Modesto

The restaurant has a foul odor and the female sandwich maker appears confused.

The staff at this restaurant is consistently friendly and efficient. The food is typical of what you would expect from Subway - not amazing, but there is nothing wrong with it.

I appreciate how dedicated Subway is to satisfying customers with special orders. I'm thrilled that they have brought back the delicious Roast Beef, which is my favorite item on the menu. Keep up the great work!

I used go here because it's close to my house. Never again will I step foot in this place. I went here trying to use their coupon and because the new owner wants to cut costs and thinks that because they put it on their window what sandwiches they will honor that, that is good enough. They use the little words on the bottom of the coupon about individual franchises. Well who in their right mind will pay $30 for two Subway sandwiches. They are no where near the quality or quantity of better sandwich shops. Buyer beware they are not about customer service here.

No issues. The younger woman who assisted me was all by herself, quickly trying to keep up with the customers that were all in the store. But she did a great job!
