KFC - Monash

This restaurant is similar to others. They offer drive-thru service or dining in. However, the drive-thru service is disappointing because they do not automatically provide your purchase in a paper bag. It seems like a stingy approach, possibly due to company policy.

This restaurant is pretty average. They offer drive-thru service or dine-in options. I was disappointed with the drive-thru service because they don't automatically give you your order in a paper bag - you have to specifically ask for one. It feels like they are being cheap.

Whilst staying at the Wantirna caravan park, I had occasion to visit this KFC for lunch, I ordered 3 drumsticks and potato and gravy which was hot and very tasty, the store was clean and the staff were very friendly, a wonderful meal

The KFC store I went to was on 680 Boronia Rd, Wantirna VIC 3152. Not the above address as indicated. This franchise is right next to the Knox Private Hospital. I went there because I was running an eron for my partner who wanted something simple from KFC. It was a mistake... this place like any other is suppose to be fast-food. More like snail-food, because it took almost 1 hour to get an hour.... 1 hour to get fast-food... I was clearly not the only person who complained about the lack of any customer service what so ever. To be fair, the staff which were literally teenagers; were the ones getting hammered by patrons who wanted their meal fast and convenient. The only person that should be blamed is the complete incompetence by the manager running the establishment. Instead of yelling at people, the manager should go back and redo their training properly; or better yet, find a replacement that knows what they're doing.

Friends. The menu is pretty basic but I can never resist their crispy fried chicken and seasoned fries. The staff is always friendly and the service is quick. Definitely my go-to spot for a late night snack!
