I’ve had an incredible Experience the Harvey’s restaurant Moncton. Chetan, the asst. manager, has again gone Above and beyond customer service. I frequent this location 3-4 times a week and have never seen such professionalism Consistently. If ever in the area definitely have to experience this Harveys location. Say hello to Chetan , won’t be Disappointed

Ashish Displayed incredible customer service today. I want to thank him and the team so much for their hospitality. I worked a long 12hour day outside and didn’t eat anything all day and decided to stop at Your Harvey’s for food. After ordering I got to the window and realized I forgot my wallet. I told the man at the window “Ashish” I’m very sorry but I have to leave because I left my wallet at home. Without hesitation Ashish handed me the bag of food and said don’t worry sir take the food if you can make it back tomorrow to pay that would be great. I couldn’t believe it, I was so thankful and starving and was so appreciative of the hospitality and trust displayed. Once I got home I got my wallet and came back to pay right away thanking Ashish and his team, I tryed to tip him and he wouldn’t accept it he was just happy to help Someone out that was in a tough situation. Thank you guys again so much, I will go out of my way passing restaurants across town just to visit you again. You guys are the best! Kind regards Nathan.

I’m a big fan of Harvey’s.the food was delicious, the staff was very kind and polite especially staff name Ashish he was great in helping me with my order n gave me the best customer service experience that I’ve ever had hat’s off to him. I’d love to visit this branch again.

We were in Moncton and did not want an elaborate dinner, something quick and easy. Found tried tested and true Harvey's on the street that we were staying for a night. Asked for CAA special, two burgers, fries or rings and two sinks for less than $15 including taxes. You can't beat this and the veggie burgers are amazing always. We topped our burgers with just about everything including guacamole which everyone will charge $1 plus. As usual, the burgers came perfectly cooked and topped the way we liked it, the fries and rings made perfect. The only thing we noticed is that the tables used earlier by patrons were. It cleaned and for some reason litter garbage on the floor as well. Some customers are never mind. The store manager or people should have noticed it.
