Pizza Hut - Moncton

There was 7 of us and we waited over an hour for our meals which all came separate. I ordered the fettuccine chicken meal. They gave me someone else's order after placing it in front of me and walked away. They asked me if I touched it. Took it to the right person I'm guessing. Hen I got my meal it was cold and had to send it back. Everyone else was done eating then I received my meal. The waitress didn't even ask us if everything was ok. The chicken pizza had 1 piece of chicken on a slice.Not impressed at all with the service or food!!!

I recently (in May 2017) went to Pizza Hut in Moncton. While the food was at the quality that is to be expected (on par with other Pizza Hut restaurants), I found that the service was excellent. The waitress (didn't catch her name) was fast, courteous and quite pleasant. She was on the ball with checking after customer satisfaction and drink refills. I always appreciate continued service from my server even after all my courses have been served. Great job!

1-No kids colouring2-No liquor license at this time2-Ceasar Salad...Lettuce was not fresh3-Breadsticks overcooked4-Pasta overcooked and dry - Waitress brought more marinara but it was luke warm so colder than my meal. Told me that is the only temperature she can serve it.5-Finished my pasta meal before rest of family received pizza.6-Pizza was OK.Just heard the waitress tell another customer that new ownership, less cheese, overcooking breadsticks is their new way of cooking.Looks like Pizza Hut will only be enjoyed by our family when out of town with this experience and the waitresses comments.

Really? 4 toppings 12" pizza was $20.00. It was tasty but so are a hundred more pizza restaurants. And the floor was very dirty. Not impressed. Use to go here for lunches several years ago and liked it. Too bad it has gone downhill. Disappointing.

Good food, good area and nice décor. friendly staff too. we definitely recommended this restaurant. everybody will love this one.
