Drove ten min away to find a note on the drive-thru saying “we are closing at 5”….I don’t know many franchises that make their own hours up so randomly… Drove back another ten…ordered a pistachio latte last week, and when I got home it was a vanilla latte..three occasions the debit machine was down only to find out once I was in the drive through…the first time another car pulled behind me, and I had to wait two car orders to leave because I didn’t have cash . Never had a problem in years with the previous owners..hope they get back to the previous standard because I enjoyed their coffees..

The debit/credit machine was down but there was no indication of this before entering the drive thru line, so I waited 10 minutes before I seen the small sign on the menu, and then waited another 15 minutes to get out of the line because I did not have cash on me, literally wasted 25 minutes for absolutely nothing. It’s not the servers fault and yet there was no response or compassion of any sort when I recommended putting a sign up before entering the actual drive thru line… why did it even take 25 minutes of waiting for anyone to get there order? will not return to second cup ever…
Terrible service!!! I ordered a coffee and a frappe and while I was waiting for my order, I was stuck listening to the worker and her friend gossiping. After waiting over 5 minutes, I had to ask the worker if the 2 coffees on the counter were mine, as there was no frappe. She seemed very annoyed that I interrupted her conversation and said yes. When I told her that was not what I ordered, she just said sorry and continued on with her conversation. She never even asked me what it was that I had ordered. I just walked out and the door that labels Exit was locked. I had to leave from the door that said No exit Again, no acknowledgement from any staff member. I will definitely not be going again.
