The food we received was terrible - the fries seemed like they had been sitting out for hours and were overcooked and soggy. Our order was also missing items. The bathroom was dirty and the Swiss chicken sandwich I ordered was made with two chicken breasts because one was not big enough, even though both seemed inedible. It seems like they prioritize saving costs over providing quality food. Overall, I would not recommend this restaurant.
Around 10:50 pm, I was in line at the drive-thru behind three cars. I checked the restaurant's closing time and saw that it was midnight, so I waited. However, at 11:11 pm, the order machine informed me that the restaurant was closed. The three cars in front of me were able to place their orders, but the rest of us in line were not. The closing process needs to be improved, as it left me feeling stuck in the drive-thru until all other customers were gone. I had to wait an additional ten minutes before I could leave.
Our trip to Arby's was delightful. Everything was delicious and fresh. The fries were hot and crispy, and the sandwiches were well-made and not squished like at some fast food places. Even when we ordered a sandwich incorrectly, they made us a new one without any fuss, even though it was our mistake. Overall, a great experience at Arby's that night.
Customer service sucks, I just ordered a French diving sandwich and don't get dip! the whole point of the 8-dollar sandwich.... I call and they owe doorbag, doorbag has not bagged my eating
