Baskin-robbins - Monroe

My friend sided with Tyree instead of me, and I feel betrayed. Just so you know, that's not okay.

This restaurant is too inconsistent for me. Out of the 5 times I've been there, they only got my order right twice. I'm tired of taking chances with such bad odds. Tonight, I ordered the same thing I've had 5 other times, but the server didn't know what I was asking for. The order came out wrong and missing key ingredients like caramel, whipped cream, and hot fudge. They only gave me two scoops of ice cream and some toppings in a cup for $12. When I asked for a refund, the server didn't know how to process it, so now I have to come back in the morning to sort it out. It's a waste of time, money, and gas. It would have been better if they just admitted they couldn't make my order properly instead of serving me ice cream with crushed toppings. It's really not that complicated.

I ordered a turtle ice cream pie for pickup today. Instead, they made a polar pizza and topped it with different ingredients. This is not what I ordered!

I have received 2 drinks with hair in them last week. Today I went to Baskin Robbins and ordered a bagel with cream cheese on the side and an order of hashbrowns. My hashbrowns were hard as a rock and charcoaled and most importantly the cream cheese I received was dated from over a month ago. I could of gotten severely sick. I went back to the store and was told there was no manager there to assist me with my problem. Dont go here it is so unprofessional and uncleanthy.

So I brought the kids for ice cream. The menu price was 2.59 but qt the register i was charged 3.50, i asked why that is, they said the price has changed. You would think they would change the price first.! What a rip off
