The customer service was excellent, and you got my order correct!

I had a hard time understanding the person in the car when I tried to place my order. His accent was really heavy, and I wasn't sure if he was asking for my order or my credit card details. It left me a bit confused.

The food was acceptable, but the service left a lot to be desired. We've all been working on our patience with fast food during the Covid restrictions, but the wait times here were outrageous. Their frappé machines are rarely operational, if they even work at all, and the Wi-Fi is just as disappointing—it connects, but you can’t actually use it without constant buffering. Given the amount of money they make every year, you’d think they could at least keep their machines in working order for the products they advertise.

I?ve been coming to this McDonalds my whole life. This is the only location that always gets my order right. The staff are also great. The customer service isn?t stiff and forced, they are super funny and great to talk with, they leave you in a great mood. Love this location

Got a big Mac, now on the menu for 50 odd years, had the wrong patty, missing a patty, was pink in the middle and so incredibly salty It made me stop and look at my burger. Horrible. I used the app, and it still took them 25 min to get my 1 burger out.
