Monroe Falafel

We were hungry and just passing by and found this little gem. There was four of us… granddaughter had rice and beans (she did the yummy food dance), we had hummus, stuffed eggplant (it’s not really stuffed, more like smushed with peppers yum-o) w/ spicy rice, falafel with salad (perfect crunch and moist in the middle), and chicken shawarma platter. Excellent lunch date… can’t wait to come back and try everything else.Vegetarian options: Lots of options

Used to love the food, actually still do. The biggest problem is with their service. I ordered a specific item on the menu and received a lesser expensive version. Told them about it and asked them to make up the difference with a refund and they flat out said NO . No offer of a gift card, or a credit on a future order, nothing. So much for customer service. They also had my food ready at 7:10 for a 7:40 pickup. Don 't offer advance ordering if you 're going to let the food sit in the bag for 30 minutes before I come to get it.

Absolutely delicious food! I found my new favorite place to eat. I had chicken shawarma over hummus and it was superb! Best I’ve ever had! My family too enjoyed their meal.Food: 5/5

We get food here sometimes when the kids want the fast food across the street. Service, timing, and packaging are good. Food is ok but could be better. The lamb is dried out. The grape leaves are not great. I could barely taste anything other than the dry meat in my last gyro. Hummus is good. I try them maybe very six months and they were best when just opened. Pricing is ok, I've seen good lunch deals.
