I would give ZER0 stars if possible. To begin, this place is essentially an outdoor campground with picnic tables where they want to charge $2500 for a table. Even with a reservation, it took half of our crew an hour to get in, and the rest of us stoodat the front of the General Admission line for over an hour but they never let us in. They don 't tell you when or how theywill let more people in from the GA line, they just leave you there. The staff were inconsistent in their instructions of whereto go. Ultimately we decided to leave because they were ignoring us. Don 't waste your time at this overpriced and rudeestablishment.

I would never recommend this place to anyone. Our cabin smelled so strongly of mold/mildew that literally everything we brought with us smelled. We've had to wash all of our belongings numerous times to try to get the smell out. The sheets were so dampand also stained. We tried calling the number on the website and it was out of service so my husband went to complain inperson, but he couldn't find anyone who worked there. We got a response after texting whoever was assisting us with booking. Someone showed up with a dehumidifier (which honestly should've been in there from the beginning) and housekeeping did changeour sheets quickly. We honestly didn't even want to sleep there but the surrounding accommodations didn't seem much bettereither. This place gave off the vibe that is was on the brink of closing.

From the initial booking, this was a bad experience. Not exaggerating?3-4 emails and texts a day asking me to ?confirm my booking? by providing names, ages, locations and occupations of everyone in my party. I ignored them all and they eventuallyconfirmed it. Property is cool, but it?s clearly a club with rooms attached to it. Room has no dresser, stand, hooks, shelf?sor anywhere to place belongings. Soap dish in shower is ripped off the wall. It looks like a dog ripped the wall up in thebathroom. Food and drinks are WAY overpriced, $50 for a regular pizza, $21 mixed drinks). Staff is unaccommodating andunhelpful. This place is not worth the price tag

Horrible. Do not go there. Bouncer with frosted tips is not a good person. Should be renamed to Rothschilds, very culty and disturbing.

The room had an odor . The sheets were dirty, towels were soiled and housekeeping never came to change them. The worst part was the customer service. It was the rudest I have ever encountered. They were totally dismissive and made no attempt to make itbetter. They did not want to be bothered when we told them about our experience. We will never come back to this place.
