Fascino - Montclair

Great food, recommend reserving ahead given business on a Saturday night. First restaurant i liked since moving from NYC!

I hadn't visited this restaurant in over 12 years, but it was just as good as I remembered, if not better! Everything was perfect and I can't wait to go back.

Food and service are always over the moon at Fasciano’s.

I went to Fascino a long time ago, when it first opened. This was my first time back. We had the Rosie’s Rustico menu, which I was excited to try. We shared the mussels fra diavolo and the meatballs to start. The mussels were tasty but not at all spicy. The meatballs were good. We also had the grilled romaine Cesar salad. This fell a little flat. I ate the eggplant parmigiana. While it was good, it was nothing special. I had the EVOO cake. It was good, but a bit dry. We enjoyed our evening with our friends but I was disappointed in the food. I expected more from such a well-known chef and restaurant.

This place never disappoints. Food and service are always spot on.
