Panera Bread - Montclair

I spoke to the manager, who I believe was named Zen or Chen, about the issue. However, I am not confident that any action will be taken as it seems like he is more of a buddy to the employees than a proper manager. The food at this restaurant is good, but the upper management needs to address how their employees treat customers.

Panera Bread has consistently provided me with negative experiences since 2020. Despite this, I decided to give it a try for my visiting brother during our lunch break. Unfortunately, the woman in charge of packing online orders had a terrible attitude towards everyone. When she handed me my order, I realized that my brother's 3 cookies were missing and I was still waiting for my drink. After showing her my ticket and informing her of the missing items, she only handed me my drink and then walked away. I waited for her to return with the cookies, but she came back without them. When I asked her again, she told me to go to the front where there was a long line. Upon returning to work, my coworker discovered that his brownie was missing as well.

Idk what has changed from a few months ago when I started ordering from here but now they're constantly messing up every order I make. Wrong orders, missing items. It was a great option for dinner between 11 hr work shifts but I'm never ordering from hereagain

How do you mess up an order when you repeat it 3 times to confirm the order. I spent $26.00 for 2 meals. Pick 2: first order was a turkey cheese with No mayonnaise w/tomato soup. 2 mac and cheese with tomato soup The young lady confirms order no mayoand the repeated it again. I arrive home and what's on my sandwich freaking mayo. Wow a waste of money and my time.

I am giving this restaurant one star because of the cashier, Nubiyah. They should replace her with a friendlier cashier as she is very lazy when taking orders. Despite that, the service was fast and the food was decent.
