Service was outstanding Hannah was an amazing and attentive server. But…the food fell short. A BBQ place needs to nail pulled pork at a minimum to be viable. The flavor just wasn’t there no smoke, very bland. First time in a long time I lost interest in my food and stopped eating midway. Also there were hard pieces throughout, which didn’t help. The unsweet tea also had an off flavor that didn’t sit well. Lots of promise here with cool vibe and live music and great service.

Brisket should not look like greasy bacon, or cut as thin…

Well, I thought it was rather ordinary. Only 1 choice of sweet BBQ

Up In Smoke is reliably consistent. Food is very good. I love their burgers and loaded baked potato. Service can be slow as they are short-staffed, as are most restaurants these days.

This is the kind of place most folks drive past. Don’t do it. Bbq is fabulous. I don’t even know if their sauce is good because I didn’t even try it. Burger is hand made which is always nice. Our waitress was quick and very helpful. We pass through the area kind of often and this will be a regular stop.
