We visited in January, during the off-season, when Montebello felt quiet and dim, but Le Napoleon was lively and welcoming. We started with the bruschetta, which was bursting with flavor even in the winter! My husband enjoyed the Napoleon lasagna, topped with peppers and onions that he absolutely loved. It tasted fresh and homemade. I had the chicken parmigiana with fettuccine alfredo, and it was simply delightful—MMMMM! For dessert, we shared some gelato. The menu truly offers something for everyone. We had a lovely evening, and the staff was attentive and friendly. I highly recommend checking it out! It's just a short walk from Chateau Montebello, which was perfect for us since we could both enjoy some wine. If we had discovered this place earlier in our stay, I would’ve dined there every night!
When a chef owns a restaurant, you can expect everything to be top-notch. A big thank you to our waitress, Florence, for being such a bright light and sharing her enthusiasm for her job. We also want to commend the incredible team that served us flawless Duck Tartare, a delicious Caesar salad, and the largest bowl of mussels with spicy fries we've ever seen. The white sangria was the perfect complement to our five-star meal. We will definitely be returning and will be recommending this place to all our friends. Congratulations on an outstanding experience!
Charming staff, delectable cuisine, and a beautifully designed restaurant. Treat yourself to a meal here and enjoy a delightful afternoon in picturesque Montebello, QC.
Fantastic service! The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive. The atmosphere of the restaurant was family-friendly without being overly loud. The live music performance by an accordion player contributed to the relaxed vibe of the place. The food was excellent! We started with the ravioli, which were delightful and surprisingly light despite being filled with cream cheese and deep-fried. The lasagnas were also outstanding! The Napoleon lasagna, which includes sausage, was quite hearty but didn't feel too heavy, and the subtle spice added a nice kick to the dish. The Primavera lasagna with rose sauce was delicious and perfectly balanced.
The service was excellent, and the restaurant had a pleasant ambiance. The seafood fettuccine was delicious, with perfectly cooked al dente noodles. However, the veal was cut thicker than I'm accustomed to, making it a bit chewy. Overall, it was a positive experience.
