This was my second time ordering from this restaurant, and I’m truly puzzled by how they remain in business. The first time I ordered pizza, it arrived completely burnt—like charcoal. I decided to give them another chance tonight, but if I could leave negative stars, I definitely would. I called in my order at 5:30, and by 6:00, they called to inform me they couldn’t deliver my order. There were no apologies or any effort to make it right—just an option to pick it up or have my order canceled. I wish you the best of luck, but with so many one-star reviews, it seems like you’re heading for closure. I won't be ordering from here again.

I really enjoy their sauce, but during our last two pizza orders, the cheese was burnt on one half and undercooked on the other, or the entire top was burnt while the crust was only partially cooked. It seems like they might have uneven oven temperatures or are cooking too many pizzas at once. We'd love to order more often, but the inconsistency is an issue. When the burnt pizza was delivered, the driver even mentioned it and suggested we call to complain if it was too burnt, which felt a bit odd.

Honestly we love primo. We have been ordering from them since we moved here. But for the last year delivery has been horrible. I know the owner is really trying and I feel bad for him. That said we have had one order in the last six months that was close to on time- all other were 60-120 minutes past our delivery time. Sadly, this is just not a business we can rely on anymore.

The flavor is and always has been the reason to keep coming back. We have been primo fans since they opened years ago. The pizza is great. We like the crust, the sauce. Cheesy and meaty good with golden brown and delicious crispy cheese edges We like the chicken and bread and cheese sticks. The new owner is keeping it moving but has had ups and downs with staffing, in some cases delivering pizzas on his own. I hope he can get some much needed help. Give these guys a chance and support the locally owned businesses out there. Better than competitors in the area hands down. Thanks for the great dinner!
