Wagon Wheel Pizza - Monticello

We visited this restaurant based on the reviews, but unfortunately, the pizza was not our favorite. It was very salty and just okay. We were hoping to love it. There was a generous amount of cheese, which was good, but the other toppings were lacking. Our pizza was supposed to have Canadian bacon and extra pepperoni. Instead, I only found a few slices of pepperoni, a small piece of Canadian bacon, and a random green pepper scattered on top, with no mushrooms in sight.

After a long trip, we decided to order pizza for delivery. I requested for it to be delivered to the lobby, but it was brought directly to our room instead. I ended up waiting in the lobby and had to rush back when I heard my partner speaking to the delivery person. The pizza itself was average, but overall it made for a decent dinner after our long journey.

Wow! I was in town for a wedding and decided to grab some pizza on Saturday. Let me tell you, this pizza is amazing! The staff said there would be a 20-minute wait, and it was definitely worth it. The pizza is delicious with a unique taste, perfect crust, and appealing appearance that only improves with each bite. If you're in town, give it a try – you won't be disappointed.

Had cheese pizza and it was really good, crust was crispy. Would go again without a doubt.

The older lady working the register was nice enough to us, but the entire time she was tirading her young coworker/employee for the tiniest of infractions. That young dude was nothing but pleasant when he brought us our food, but her constant loud reprimands were emberassing and reminded me of someone training a misbehaving dog. Keep up the good fight, Daniel! Don't let that Karen get to you, brother! Food was okay!
