Great food. Great hosts. Brilliant keg beers. Love the open fire. Been here three times and every time was great. Homemade pie is fantastic. Not forgetting the homemade soup.

The best pub I know of in terms of top quality friendly service and the food is amazing, all home cooked on site. I highly recommend for a proper English country pub serving real ales.

Was a flying visit for a quick bite to eat. Very friendly staff,extensive menu food was piping hot a generous portion. No room for dessert !
