Ho Choi Restaurant - MOOROOKA

Came here on a quiet Monday evening. The dining area was quiet; however the take away orders were constant. We ordered honey chicken and lemon chicken. Quite nice, but very sweet. Service was quick and friendly. Would come here again.

Awesome food and even better service. Apparently this is the oldest Chinese restaurant in Brisbane? Dine in is just as good as takeaway. Highly recommend!

We ordered special fried rice, fried dim sims, BBQ pork spare ribs, and prawn crackers, which was more than enough food for 2.5 people. We all enjoyed our meal and were satisfied. This wasn't our first time eating here and it certainly won't be our last. We might even try dining in one day.

We have visited this restaurant numerous times for takeout and dining in. The food is excellent, the family who runs it is friendly, and the atmosphere is relaxed and enjoyable. The prices are also very reasonable. The family has been running this restaurant for many decades and it is a favorite among many people we know. We will definitely be returning many more times in the future!

Ho Choi in Moorooka is a renowned spot for fantastic Chinese cuisine. The host, Edmond, is known as "Edmond the Legend" and is a top bloke. This place is perfect for a suburban take-away option. Be sure to ask for Edmond by name when you visit!
