We always come to brunch when we can and I always serve orange juice and the two eggs, bacon and two pancakes and they serve it with butter on the pancake and maple syrup. I can even describe how good it is. And this morning we had the best service. Felicia (I hope I spelled it right, who said that the work started there yesterday) was the most beautiful waitress I've ever met. She made sure we had everything we needed and was super friendly and available if we needed anything. I'm really glad I can't even describe it. This place deserves more than 5 stars.
I love this place that has been here for three decades. Huevos Rancheros is my way. Be fair warned when you order a page of Jalapeno, they come to you raw, and . This place is old school Americana, Be nice, do not expect perfection, it is a really good fat spoon, and your breakfast will be bomb. If you like a Michelin star with your egg, go on and tap huge, we need to pull together and keep these hidden gems alive.
I wanted to go here for years, never had the opportunity until a friend called and told a few if they met us there. I came fifteen minutes later and they already had food before them. I ordered and Bam just like my breakfast and coffee were on me. Now that was a great service, but I never thought about breakfast, but always wanted dinner there as I hear they offer some great old school meals at decent prices, when will my friends say, let's have dinner..
Best breakfast in Northern CA. Give it a try and if you don't like it, I'll cover my neighbor's bill.
Back in town and I new exactly where I was having breakie and some conversation with Steve the owner! I told him he needs to actually right a novel about ALL of his history there. Good, bad and the ugly… As a young lad from ‘75-‘90 this was my go too after mass after St Monica, before or after a BSA event or when mum had enough and wanted NOT to cook!!! Lmao I went with the Chorizo breakfast… even at 57 years young the memories came flooded back right? Enjoy Bill
