I ordered three main dishes online for pickup. I only had to wait for 45 minutes, but the staff seemed poorly trained and unorganized. It looked like it was their first day on the job. When we finally received our meals, they were cold and soggy from sitting for so long. The burgers didn't taste right at all. The management needs to address these issues. My tip would be to check your order before leaving so you can get a refund if needed.

"We ordered 3 Whopper burgers, 4 burgers, and 2 boxes of onion rings. The burgers were disappointing and we will not be returning after the terrible dinner."

Went there food was cold disgusting burger re s if u call that a burger go back to the states u aren't want u claim nearly 8 dollars for a burger chips cold...pathetic.. go to maccas you no what you get.

My granddaughter and I had to order takeout and have it delivered to our door because of Covid-19. We waited a long time, not sure where the delivery person went as they didn't come directly to our house. When the food finally arrived 45 minutes later, it was cold and we had to reheat it in the microwave. We were really disappointed and won't be ordering this way again.
