Butch's Barbeque Breakfast - Morganton

They offer kartoffel wedges, but what they get is a bundle of kartoffels that are cut into thin strips that are dried and cooked until they are hard. my grandson was pushed on them because they were so thin. they are worse than mcdonalds pommes.

Terrible. the mac and the cheese were white and runny, the bbq was dry and so salty we couldn't eat it, the hushpuppies were the size of a pennies. the only good things were the chicken breeders and pommes. we have the family meal and an additional pound. 53,00 total waste. they called back to complain, and they said they had changed the owners.

After being in the emergency room till 4 am this morning and having to go back out at 10:30 I thought I would make my day a little bit better by getting breakfast at Butches.I arrived at the business at 10:41. The drive thru menu board clearly states breakfast is served from 6-11am. When I tried to order I was condescendingly and dismissively told that breakfast wasn’t served after 10:30 and that’s “the way it had been for a long time…I don’t know why the sign hasn’t been changed”. This used to be one of the best casual dining restaurants in Morganton but poor customer service and lack of product seems to be the standard there now. Can no longer depend on this restaurant.

Today I ordered over $30 dollars of food from your restaurant. When I got home my order was minus a bun and hush puppies for my orders. Very disappointed. My number is 828-391-1153 if you would like to respond or make this right. I will be waiting to see what happens. I really have know Butch since high school and know he will not like this.
